This awesomeness starts my day off every day!

I almost can’t live without it anymore. Ive never been a big breakfast person. Maybe a bowl of cereal or an oatmeal.

My husband first introduced me to this magic shake in 2019 and I fell in love with it.

Super simple recipe and all you need is a good mixer and no, smoothies are not only for after workouts. This one is the bomb !!

  • 3 cups of Ice 
  • 8 oz Non Dairy Milk 8 oz Water
  • Tbsp Peanut Butter 
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 Banana 
  • 2 scoops of vanilla Pea Protein 
  • 1 piece of ginger

Mix it all together with your Mixer and enjoy cold and fresh
