Ingredients
- * 1 1/2 cups bananas mashed
- * 2 cups flour
- * 1/2 cup vegan butter softened
- * 1 cup sugar
- * 1 tsp vanilla extract
- * 1/4 cup dairy free milk
- * 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- * 1/4 tsp salt
- * 3/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add your mashed bananas, sweetener, room temperature butter and vanilla and mix well, until combined and smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into the lined loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes
Cool in pan
