Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan butter
Instructions
Soft the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl and add the butter.
Knead everything with your hands
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic foil and keep in fridge for an hour.
Preheat oven to 390 and prepare baking trays with parchment paper
Dust your surface with flour as well as the rolling pin, roll dough flat to about and inch.
Cut cookies out with cookie cutter place them on baking sheets
Bake cookies for about 8-10 min
Decorate with frosting
