Yes we live in florida and water is everywhere around you, but 105 people die every year of drowning in Florida.
It’s crazy, you would think here you live on an island with hurricanes and endless body of waters for everyone to know what to do in order to survive.
Our daughter started now ISR swim lessons and after only 5 lessons she’s already floating unattended for over 10 seconds. Yay!
Yes it is hard at times when she cries and she’s learning how to hold her breath.

Really, learning how to swim is only the 3rd layer of protection.
First is supervising your child!
Second is a pool fence!
Third is education on how to safe your life!
You can’t have your eyes on the child at all times, and what about visitors? It’s impossible , but it only takes 10 seconds for damage! It’s our duty as parents to Introduce swim lessons at a young age and make pool protection more affordable.
While we’re going to pay $2700 for the fence next week, I believe we’d have more of these If it wasn’t so expensive.
